Adult Learning Center

Our Mission

The mission of Friends of the Crown Point Adult Learning Center is to promote adult education and its importance for the individual and society by supporting adult learning in the community in a fundraising and volunteer capacity.

Services Provided:

English as Second Language(ESL) – Providing instruction for students learning English as a Second Language.
High School Equivalency (HSE) – Providing instruction for students trying to obtain their High School Equivalency (HSE) formerly called the GED.

Adult Basic Education (ABE)
Job Training – A Work One Representative assists students in gaining employment and helps them get enrolled in the job training programs post HSE.

Volunteer Opportunities:

Tutors, Board Members, Fundraising, Community Awareness, Sponsorship, Provide Student Scholarships
