No worries. We have you covered!
Here is how it works:
• Eligible items checked out on your account will automatically renew up to three times.
• Three days before the due date, eligible items will automatically renew.
• Cardholders with an email address listed on their account will receive an email confirming their items were renewed or not renewed. Cardholders can sign up for email notifications with a staff member, by phone during open hours or log into your account using the “My Account” tab on the website.
• Items not eligible for renewal:
Materials with holds for other patrons,
Items that have exceeded renewals,
Accounts with fines of $10 or more.
